Cancellation Policy

There is a 25% cancellation fee for any cancellations within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment. The fee will increase to 50% if cancelled within 6 hours of the appointment. And 100% of the appointment will be charged if there is a no show. We understand that things come up last minute! We are easy to work with as long as we are able to all communicate.
